A Bit of Background

Frantzick Farm Aussies started with our daughter, Kasey, wanting to show a dog for 4-H. She had her heart set on a smart, obedient, competitive dog. She found Cookie and this was the beginning of Frantzick Farm Aussies.

We had never worked with a dog with this level of intelligence - not just with how fast she seemed to pick things up, but with the connection and bond Cookie and Kasey created so quickly.

Fellow 4-H families took notice and asked to have a Cookie puppy if we ever decided to breed her - which we eventually did after her show career.

We have grown to have 4 amazing Australian Shepherds now. Our son, Ryan, has shown both Holly and Chip. And now Carrie has gotten back into the show ring with Bree after showing and raising Toy Poodles as a youth. Our next goal is to get Mark in the show ring...at least once!

 

The saying is true, Aussies are like potato chips...you can't have just one!
